Through this program, we aim to instill confidence, resilience, and vital life skills that enable these children to navigate life's challenges with courage. Founded in 2022, Floating Hope has already provided free swimming and water safety lessons to numerous children and teens throughout Ventura County. Having served as volunteers for another wonderful local organization, "More Than Conquerors", teaching surfing to the local foster community, Trish and Ezra identified an even more vital nee
Founded in 2022, Floating Hope has already provided free swimming and water safety lessons to numerous children and teens throughout Ventura County. Having served as volunteers for another wonderful local organization, "More Than Conquerors", teaching surfing to the local foster community, Trish and Ezra identified an even more vital need to provide swimming and water safety to these children as many had never had the opportunity.

The dynamic duo behind Floating Hope is Tricia and Ezra Davis. Better known by her nickname of "Trish the Fish", Tricia has been an avid swimmer and teacher for over 30 years. Tricia has taught everyone from 6 months of age to 95 year-olds to swim. Ezra, is a California State Lifeguard, water polo player , and an avid waterman, having
